The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ program has a main goal: To help people discover how to build a cohesive and effective team. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s bestseller The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this personality assessment based program helps teams to put The Five Behaviors™ model into practice.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ powered by Everything DiSC® helps teams understand how to apply The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to their own workplace. By using Everything DiSC, a tool to build effective team communication and relationships, this program allows participants to learn about their own DiSC style — D: Dominance, i: Influence, S: Steadiness, and C: Conscientiousness — and discover how each style brings value to the team. Each style brings value to their team.

Two-day Leadership Workshop

Overview

The two-day Leadership Workshop is a highly interactive session, designed specifically for leaders. Leadership teams will have the opportunity to assess their organization’s overall health, build team cohesiveness and identify specific actions that will maximize their advantage in daily business.

During the workshop, a leadership team will put into practice concepts outlined by the 5 Behaviors, based on the worlds most used team ressource , Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. The workshop combines short lectures, working sessions and discussions that are customized for each client’s needs. Team development activities are embedded in discussions related to the client’s real business issues, so participants never feel as they are doing just theoretical exercises.

Facilitated by a kaiblinger+partner principal consultant, a leadership team will:

  • Gain an extensive understanding of the expectations and challenges in building and maintaining a cohesive team.
  • Make immediate progress in overcoming their team’s potential dysfunctions.
  • Survey and validate the organization’s direction and ensure that alignment exists among the team by addressing critical questions required for organizational clarity.
